Evaluation of treatment results of perilunate dislocation by open reduction and repair of the scapholunate ligament

The study aims to evaluate the treatment results of perilunate dislocations treated with open reduction and scapholunate ligament (SLL) repair. showed that majority patients had no pain wrist function was restored well. After surgery, (29 out 32) relief from pain. average motion 77.93o extensions, 73.69o flexions, mean grip strength 41.35±5.15 kg. which 93.56% normal side. There 26 excellent, 1 good, 5 satisfactory results. follow-up time 32.35 months. Surgical procedures included SLL functional score is 81.30 (very good). Thus, repair gave subacute acute wrist. This technique achieved a relatively pain-free good SL distance.
